Most Expensive Homes Sales in Northern Virginia for December 2009

Overall, there were 69 Northern Virginia home sales topping $1 million during the month of December 2009, quite a bit up from the 48 in November.
Currently, there are 627 homes on the market in Northern Virginia with list prices topping $1 million down from 708 that were on the market last month.

- 11215 Stuart Mill Road, Oakton, VA 22124 -- Sold on December 9th for $3,430,000

Selling for over $300K under the asking price, this Great Falls h built in 2008 is on 1.72 acres with 6 bedrooms, 6 full baths and 2 kitchens. - 1106 Ingleside Avenue, McLean, VA 22101 -- Sold on December 18th for $2,300,000
